At re.Jig, we want you to be happy with your puzzling experience. Here’s how we handle returns, refunds, and swaps.
Second-hand Puzzles Purchased Online

If your puzzle arrives damaged or with missing pieces not noted in the product listing, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at re.jigsaws@gmail.com.

Please include your order number and photos so we can help quickly.

We’ll offer either:

A replacement puzzle (if available),

An exchange for a puzzle of similar value,

Or a full refund.

Items must be returned in the same condition you received them. Return postage is usually covered by the buyer unless the item was faulty or not as described.
Porch Pickup Swaps (Brighton & Hove)

Swaps are done in person, so we’re unable to offer refunds for local swaps once completed.

We kindly ask you to bring a puzzle of the same piece count, complete and in good condition including the box.
Change of Mind

If you change your mind before we’ve dispatched your order, contact us as soon as possible — we’ll happily cancel and refund in full.

After dispatch, you can return the puzzle within 14 days of delivery for a refund (excluding original shipping cost). Return postage is at your cost.
Summary
We’re a small, sustainable business and each puzzle is pre-loved — slight wear on boxes is normal.
