• We dispatch orders within 2–3 working days of purchase.

• All puzzles are sent via Royal Mail 2nd Class or a similar tracked courier.

• Standard delivery times: 2–5 working days after dispatch.

• Shipping cost: £3.50 flat rate per order (free shipping on orders over £30).

• Currently, we only ship within the United Kingdom.

Free Local Porch Pickup & Puzzle Swap (Brighton & Hove)

• Live locally? Reserve a puzzle online and choose Porch Pickup at checkout.

• Once confirmed, we’ll email you the pickup address in Portslade, Brighton & Hove.

• Simply bring a puzzle of the same piece count in good, complete condition (including the box) and swap for free.
