Yes! Every puzzle listed has had a previous life - and plenty of puzzle love. We believe in reducing waste and giving puzzles a second (or third!) chance to shine.

We do our best to check every puzzle for completeness. Puzzles are either verified by us or come with a note from the previous owner. If you find you complete a puzzle and there is missing piece/s please get in contact with us for a replacement or credit towards your next puzzle.

All puzzles are gently used and in good condition. You might see a bit of box wear (they’ve had adventures!) but the pieces themselves are clean, complete, and ready to go.

Yes please! If you’ve got puzzles gathering dust, we’d love to re-home them. Drop us a message and we’ll arrange the best way to get them from your hands to a new puzzler.

While we aim to avoid it, missing pieces can happen with second-hand puzzles. If that’s the case, let us know - we’ll make it right.
